The future is beginning to look bright for the Tennessee Titans and Derrick Henry. Titans general manager Jon Robinson confirmed to multiple sources that he is negotiating a long-term deal with the superstar running back.

“We had a phone call last week and a phone call the week before that,” Robinson told SI’s John Glennon.. “We just kind of continue to work through things. The conversations have been positive between me and the reps there.
“Again, just trying to find some common ground. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: Derrick is an important part of what we do. Just trying to find a spot where we all need to be and where we all want to be.”
The two sides have until July 15th to agree on a deal, but for now at least, it seems that Titans fans can look forward to seeing Henry in the Titans blue for a long time.
