Earlier today on ESPN’s First Take, host Stephen A. Smith made the assertion that Kawhi Leonard has intimated that LeBron James is scared to guard him.
“I was personally told that the quote was ‘tell Lebron to stop being scared to guard me’. That’s what kawhi leonard has said to people.”
When I first heard this, I was a little skeptical mostly due to the fact that Leonard practically just said his first words ever a couple of years ago, and he has never really been notable for trash talking at all. So it came as no surprise when Leonard’s Clipper teammate, Lou Williams responded on twitter with a simple, and yet brilliant emoji.
