Common, Bad Bunny, Chance The Rapper, Cream Biggums, and others Headline the 2020 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game

ESPN has officially released the NBA Celebrity all-star roster, and it appears that there are some pretty decent picks on both teams, coached by ESPN commentators Stephen A. Smith and Michael Wilbon. Let’s take a closer look at the rosters below.

Home Team (Wilbon)

  • Captain: Common (rapper, recording artist)
  • Bad Bunny (recording artist)
  • Hannibal Buress (actor, comedian)
  • Kane Brown (4X AMA award winning artist)
  • Jon Batiste (Musician)
  • Alex Moffat (Actor and comedian)
  • Chef Jose Andres (Chef)
  • Famous Los (comedian, social media influencer)
  • Jidenna (recording artist)
  • Chelsea Gray (WNBA Player)
  • Quentin Richardson (NBA Legend)

Away Team (Smith)

  • Captain: Chance The Rapper (rapper, recording artist)
  • Quavo (recording artist)
  • Taylor Bennett (rapper)
  • LaRoyce Hawkins (actor)
  • Darius Miles (NBA Legend)
  • Anthony “Spice” Adams (Actor and comedian)
  • Marc Lasry (Co-owner Milwaulkee Bucks)
  • Ronnie 2K (marketing director at 2K sports)
  • Katelyn Ohashi (gymnast)
  • Lil Rel Howery(actor, comedian)
  • A’ja Wilson (WNBA)

I’m going to go on a limb here and say some there were definitely some snubs, but one in particular: Sterling “Steelo” Brim! He’s from Chicago, not to mention the dude is a BALLER, and has been in prior all star games.

Snub aside, I think that the best player on the floor will be Quavo, former 2018 Celebrity game MVP. But Captain Chance The Rapper, who’s music mirrors his game, will predictably be the weak link on this team, so I think that the Home Team wins with Famous Los taking the MVP hardware home.

The person that I can’t wait to see of course is this guy:

The game will be aired on Friday, February 14th at 7 pm EST on ESPN.
