Antonio Brown has been on a bit of a redemption tour, previously apologizing to the entire NFL in an interview during Super Bowl Week. Now Brown has taken it all the way back to where it started.

On Wednesday morning, Brown continued these acts of remorse by going back to the origin of his troubles: Pittsburgh. The disgruntled receiver posted a picture on his Instagram of him getting a pat on the back of the helmet by his former quarterback Ben Roethlisberger back when they were both playing on the Steelers. The text reads:

“Mostly you a little bit of me ! Yee yee !! I never realized how good I had it, got caught up in my emotion with everyone coming after me I really apologize for my actions sincerely man ! It’s never been another connection like what we done in the past decade. I appreciate you. Sincerely AB”

Honestly, AB is doing a tremendous job of showing humility lately, especially after the exhausting and irascible social media tirade of 2019. Though it is unclear if an NFL team will sign AB in the near future, it is words like these that truly show maturity, growth, and freedom from a myopic mindset.

And quite frankly, it would be a shame if a talent like his were to go to waste right?

Right?
